Death Valley March 2022

Of Sandstorms and Starry Skies

Death Valley is a vast national park with more than 3 million acres of wilderness and hundreds of miles of backcountry roads. The park contains an amazing variety of terrain, historic sites, plants and animals.

While the blistering heat and rough terrain may not be for everyone, Death Valley offers a myriad of photographic opportunities both day and might. A morning on the dunes in the midst of a sandstorm is not to be forgotten. And, with some of the darkest night skies in the country and is a great place to shoot images of the Milky Way.
